Barn conversion
This beautiful project really did bring all of our knowledge and expertise in to play. A completely bespoke installation which complemented the ornate oak woodwork and open plan design.
Underfloor heating was installed to allow maximum space and increase heating efficiency. Hot water and heating is provided by a Grant external oil combi boiler Erp.
The bespoke bathroom design features 3/4 height walls to allow light in and give a sense of space.
New Bathroom
Monotone colours were used to make a bold statement in this project. Clean lines, slate porcelain tiles and a bespoke made bath frame with niche made each part of the room a feature.
The walk-in shower with a clean frameless screen for everyday use left plenty of room for the more indulgent bath.
Bathroom renovation
Out with the old in with the new. This project needed maximise the small space available whilst keeping it simple.
False walls were added to incorporate the plumbing and new concealed mixer valve for the shower and bath. It also allowed for a sizeable niche to be added.
Roca furniture and brassware coupled with slate floor tiles and porcelain stone effect wall tiles completed the project.
Heat Pump Installation
A Winchester based Airbnb split over 3 floors, 3 kitchens, 7 bathrooms and 7 bedrooms put our installation skills to the test.
The result, two Samsung R290 12kw heat pump units working together in cascade with two 300lt hot water cylinders supply all the guests heating and hot water needs.
This installation delivered energy efficiency needs while also meeting high expectations by guests and a 5 star host.
